45ft yard terminal trailer with a 65tons loading capacity
OEM Parts Configuration:
King Pin: 2" or 3.5" bolted type kingpin, JOST brand.
Landing Gear: JOST A400 or Halland or fuwa brand or cimc made welded landing gear.
Suspension: Heavy duty tandem mechanical suspension with12 leaf spring. (90mm width by 13mm thickness/leaf) Fasteners for radius rods and equalizers will be installed with nuts to the outside. Springs will be fastened to the axle using U-bolts with nuts facing downward.
Axles: 2*16 tons axle, bpw, fuwa or L1.etc is optional
Tires: 11.00 - 20,10.00-20 Solid rubber tire or 12R22.5 tubeless tires, 8 pieces.brand is optional according to customer's preference
Brake System: Dual or single pneumatic brake system; WABCO relay emergency valve, none ABS brake system.
Brake Chamber: 30/30 type on the rear axle, 30 types on the front axle
Electrical System: 24V or 12V system with CE mark
The trailer's main beam is made of high strength low carbon alloy steel with 550 MPa yield strength is used for welded I-beam and 345 MPa in other fabricated parts.
